You'll start seeing new revenue opportunites after about 20 interviews.
Are there any additional or hidden costs?
No. The entire cost of our program is $199 per interview, plus the gift card for the participant (usually around $50). There is no fee for software, for onboarding, for licenses. You pay for the number of interviews we conduct, and that's it.
Do I have to sign a long term contract
No, we invoice based on the number of interviews we complete. That's it. If you want us to do more interviews, we'll do more. If you want us to do less, we'll do less.
How much revenue can this generate for my company?
It depends on 2 things. 1) how many interviews we conduct, and 2) getting buy-in from the sales team. If you plug us deeply into your organization, and we interview as many closed/lost deals as possible, we can re-open, on average, about 1/3 of your closed/lost pipeline. In order to successfully close those deals, we need Kaptify buy-in from sales leaders, and individual sales reps. Buy-in is easy to achieve once that sales reps understand that Kaptify truly helps them close more deals. But it usually takes a few calls, and a few Q&A sessions with the team. If we conduct high-volumes of interviews, and we have buy-in from the sales team, we can increase your company revenue by at least 10-15%.
Can I download the interviews and feed them into our AI?
Yes. All of our raw data is fully downloadable. Even better, you can download individual data-sets. For example, if you only want to download the specific answers people gave to the question: "why do we lose", you can feed that data-set into your AI, and get very precise answers in return.
Who conducts the interviews?
We do. An expert from our team, to be exact. We have thousands of interviews under our belt. You can be sure your customer's experience will be both professional and valuable.
Do we need to sign anything to do the free trial?
No. But it's important for you to know that we handle your data with confidentiality and that it belongs to you. So there is a simple no obligation free-trial agreement that states our obligations with your data and that you have no obligation to move forward with a paid plan.
Can this replace my Win/Loss program?
Yes. In fact, Kaptify began as a Win/Loss provider, so we have deep experience in Win/Loss Analysis. And our platform was originally built as a Win/Loss platform. The quality of our interviews and software is on par with the all of the well known Win/Loss providers. Replacing your Win/Loss program with Kaptify often saves companies over $100k per year.
When Kaptify conducts an interview, who owns the data?
You do. We don't make any claims to data ownership.
What is onboarding like and how long will it take?
Once you pick a plan, we schedule a one hour kick off call to introduce you to our platform and customer recruiting and interview plan. We try to do kickoff within 48hrs of sign up. And if you can provide contacts to us from your CRM, we can be off and running within a day. We take onboarding and time to value very seriously and often times are working against major initiatives within the organization.
How many team members get access the Kaptify platform?
You can give as many teammates access to Kaptify as you need. All users can log in and see everything from insight trends to the raw data underpinning them.
How do you get people to agree to be interviewed?
In most cases, offering your customer a small token of appreciation for their time goes a long ways. Most often this comes in the form of a $50 Amazon or Visa gift card. But the amount is totally up to you. Once the survey is done, we send a short online exit survey to your customer which validates their interview is complete. Once that’s done, we issue the gift card via email and bill you during our normal billing cycles for all incentives issued.
How does the interview recruiting process work?
The success of any program depends on successful recruiting. Once we have your customer list, we go to work reaching out to interview candidates. We do this very professionally through multiple channels. We show you our recruiting process during the tour of our software. But it’s professional, low-key, and it works.
